Gone With The Wind

When I came across this headline, I was immediately taken with its wisdom.  Sure, it is the title of a book and movie  about America’s civil war and reconstruction, but in the 21st century its reference to the war on wildlife and the environment is brilliantly encapsulated by those four words. This is one of the best articles I’ve came across that describes the catastrophe visited on earth’s wildlife, its environment, and economics via one of the world’s newest religions.  Read the story and follow each link and you will have a better grasp on the folly of thinking that solar and wind alternative energy schemes will ever work without massive subsidies underwriting the failure of the alternative energy faith.
