7/21/20: we have only six spaces left
This year we are combining the option to photograph flying raptors in the morning and posed raptors in natural settings during the afternoon. Our videos from previous photo safaris show you what to expect. You can book both, or just one of the sessions to test your skills. We will provide ten of our raptors for no more than 15 photographers at each session.
The morning flying photo session will feature a barn owl, red-tailed hawk, Harris’s hawk, and two falcons. The fee is $300/person. Registration is 8:00 AM at our office in Brighton. The afternoon session will feature naturally-posed bald and golden eagles, two screech owls, and one short-eared owl. The fee is $150/person. Registration is 2:00 PM at our office in Brighton.
Book both morning and afternoon adventures and you will receive a $25 discount for a total cost of $425/person.
Reserve Date: In case of inclement weather conditions our reserve date is October 11, 2020. All booked participants automatically agree to attend the reserve date if we have to cancel the October 10th session.
Refund Policy: Full refunds will be issued with written notice up until August 15, 2020. 50% refunds issued up until September 15, 2020. No refunds will be issued beginning on September 16, 2020. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing. No refunds for anyone who cannot attend the reserve date if the primary date (October 10th) is cancelled. Should inclement weather or other conditions force the cancellation of this event, full refunds will be provided, or you may wish to be given an equivalent credit for any of our future programs/classes and raptor experiences.
Important Notes: This is an outdoor experience involving hiking short distances over uneven terrain that may involve snow/rain/ice and wind. When you purchase any of the events below, you acknowledge and confirm you are physically capable of participating in such activities with the understanding that you will prepare yourself with appropriate dress and footwear. Upon arrival you will be required to sign a waiver before you can participate. Once we receive your payment we will send you email confirmation with further directions and any updates.
